States of America. The University's by-laws provide the authority
for granting and carrying out degree programs in Telecommunications
and Networking world-wide. Moreover the by-laws states that the
University is responsible for promoting the Research &
Development work in higher studies. The University is in good
standing in Delaware State of United States of America. The
University's activities are in full compliance with the laws of
Delaware State legislation under SECTION 2.1,ARTICLE II, Registrar of Companies Act, State of Delaware, United
States of America.
One of the major initiatives of Cambridge Intercontinental University is the introducion of Free Global Certification and Assessment platform to help telecom professionals gain technical skills to deploy solutions and services in vertical segments worldwide . students, though CIU courses are conducted at various campuses in India, Egypt & Ghana. CIU is privately accredited in USA and is not accredited by any of the regionally accredited institution in USA.

Cambridge Intercontinental University is the member of The International Engineering Consortium (IEC). IEC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to catalyzing technology and business progress worldwide in a range of high-technology industries and their university communities. Since 1944, the IEC has provided high-quality educational opportunities for industry professionals, academics, and students. In conjunction with industry-leading companies, the IEC has developed an extensive, free, on-line educational program. The IEC conducts industry-university programs that have substantial impact on curricula.
